Insurance
The car includes basic coverage, any other must be request it by the driver, the renter and any
additional registered drivers are fully liable for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle, even
when the totally of partial loss or damage is caused by a third party, or in the event when the
cause is unknown.
Your personal belongings like personal computers, wallets, suitcases, cameras, bags, etc.,
aren’t covered by insurance, you must report does claim withing the national authorities.
The insurance claim will apply and considered as valid under the next situations:
1- The driver has a valid license for locally purpose
2- Driving isn’t under the influence of alcohol or any psychotropics.
3- The driver has the police ticket for notice the accident.
4- The driver is the one expressly authorized and registered on the rental contract.
5- The driver must be older than 21 years old.
6- The notice of the accident must demonstrate location under a valid road path, drive on
beaches, cross rivers or any other roads not shown on the map as drivable won’t apply as a
valid request.
Policy includes:
Third party’s damages up to $90 000.
Property damage up to $90 000.
Limited covered for collision, rollover, robbery and theft after the full coverage of the deductible
payment.
