Our fleet includes 4×4 SUV’s cars with full maintenance to prevent road incident as possible.

Total car wash is covered at the return, only extra charges starting at $100 will be charge in
cases when no normal car wash won’t clean the car.

The car will be delivered back within the same level of fuel, $100 will be charge on your deposit
if you don’t comply.

You must contact us at our customer support for assistance, extra charge will apply starting
$100 for their replacement.

Only the cost of the rental can be paid with cash, but a deposit must be prepaid before the pick-
up date requested.

The car includes basic insurance, for extra details please read our Terms and Conditions for
extra coverage.

No, the basic insurance is already included in, extra coverage must be paid according to the
request conditions.

No, our policy won’t allow the car to cross the border.

Please contact us, we will keep your belongings safe, after one week without notice from you,
we will proceed to safe disposal.

Yes you can, but it required the request at least 24hrs before the pick-up date.

You must return the car at the same place of the pick-up according to the timeframe selected, other locations are valid with previous request with an additional fee, please contact customer service to give you details about it.
